Day 01 : Arrival Cochin.
Arrive Kochi airport by any convenient flight in the morning. Meet and greet by Exotic India Journey representative and transfer to your hotel. Cochin, also known as the spice coast of India, attracted traders and invaders from the world over. Needless to say, Cochin offers you some fascinating snippets of history and culture.
Today you could go for an sightseeing tour to explore the many fascinating highlights of Cochin which include – The Jewish Synagogue in what is locally called the Jew Town, St. Francis Churchwhich is the oldest European Church in India, the Santa Cruz Basilica built in 1557 by the Portuguese, the Dutch Palace, the Spice market and the 15th century Chinese fishing nets believed to have been brought by Chinese traders. In the evening, visit an auditorium to watch the famous dance drama of Kerala, the Kathakali. This dance is characterised by some great story telling, amazing costumes and extensive make-up.

NOTE: Jewish Synagogue is closed on Friday and Saturday. The Dutch Palace is closed on Friday.

Day 02 : Cochin / Munnar.

After breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to Munnar. Throughout the journey enjoy beautiful streams small water falls, Rubber, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests, God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty – to have everlasting memory of your days inKerala. On arrival in Munnar check into Hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 03 : Munnar / Periyar.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Periyar (Thekkady). On the way, you will be visiting Idukki Dam. Arrival by noon (110 kms - 3 ½ hours). Check into your hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Periyar.
Overnight at Hotel.
Periyar wild life sanctuary is one of the largest wildlife reserves in India. A boat ride on the splendid Periyar Lake is the best way to experience the sanctuary. It is also famous for tea and cardamom plantations.

Day 04 : Periyar.
Complete day at Periyar, visiting Periyar wild life Sanctuary, we will reach the sanctuary on a boat ride over the splendid Periyar Lake as this is the best way to reach and experience the sanctuary. We will also enjoy the beautiful sites of Murikkady, Pandikuzhi in the late afternoon hours. Also enjoy the elephant safari in Periyar national park.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 : Periyar / Houseboat.
Morning after breakfast drive to Alleppey Jetty to board the houseboat. On arrival in Alleppey, check-in to A/C Deluxe Houseboat. Rest of the day is free to enjoy the lovely backwater of Kerala.

Day 06 : Alleppey / Kovalam.
Morning after breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to Kovalam {165 Kms & 04 hours}. On arrival in Kovalam, check-in to hotel. Rest of the day is free to Kovalam to enjoy the beach activities.
Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 07 : Kovalam.

Day 08 : Kovalam.

Day free in Kovalam for independent activities. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 09 : Kovalam / Trivendrum / Departure.
Morning in time check-out from hotel and drive to Trivendrum to board the flight for onwards journey.
End of the trip with happy memories.
